Tanlume Enyatseng

Tanlume Enyatseng is a journalist and cultural producer with over eight years of experience at the intersection of public relations, curation, creative direction, and social media strategy within the art and culture sectors. As the founder of Banana Emoji Studio, his practice is dedicated to making art more accessible through innovative storytelling and data-driven approaches.
He is also the founder of Banana Club, an artistic collective fostering dialogue through contemporary art. Tanlume was honored as the 2023/2024 Writer in Residence at Photoworks UK, served as a judge for the 2024 Portrait of Humanity photography award by The British Journal of Photography, and was part of the jury for the 2023 Photoworks UK Graduates issue. Through his studio, he has published and edited two limited-edition zines, Ta Enda (2018) and Ta Pinda (2024), which document Botswana's queer artistic narratives through art, photography, and writing.
Tanlume’s bylines include leading global art and culture platforms such as The British Journal of Photography, Photoworks UK, AfroPunk, ArtThrob, Guap Magazine, Art Africa, Nataal Media, and Botswana-based outlets like The Sunday Standard, The Telegraph, and The Business Weekly & Review. He has also contributed research and creative insights to significant cultural projects, showcasing a commitment to elevating underrepresented voices in art and storytelling.
